New laser cutting machine ensures faster and better production at Hoza Logistic solutions

Recently a second laser cutting machine has been added to the modern machine park of Hoza Logistic solutions. The major investment of this second laser cutting machine is intended to absorb the hustle and bustle and is in line with the progressive character of Hoza. Owner Klaas Oolders talks about the reason and advantages of this state-of-the-art machine!

A fully automated machine

The laser cutting machine can be used for cutting sheet metal and producing semi-finished products for the welding department. It is a fully automated machine that cuts the desired products from sheet metal by means of read-in drawings. The machine can operate stand-alone and is operated by specially trained operators from the Hoza team who have the knowledge to deal with this high-quality technology.  

Better delivery and tighter planning due to new laser cutting machine

Klaas Oolders, owner of Hoza Logistic solutions, talks enthusiastically about the new investment: "Sometimes we were running out of capacity. In order to get more calmness in our production and to guarantee delivery times, we bought this accurate and fast machine. Compared to our other laser cutting machine, which is four years old, this is certainly an improvement. The machine incorporates new techniques that improve quality. This allows us to realize our planning even tighter and increases delivery reliability for customers".

A machine for the production of smaller series of logistic equipment

The advantage of the laser cutting machine is also that it has a high degree of flexibility. Smaller series can be produced to satisfy the needs of our customers. The machine can read drawings from the Engineering department and be prepared for the production of specific parts within a couple of minutes. The set-up times have also been shortened compared to the previous machine. Klaas: "This enables us to produce small series of products within a few weeks. This gives us a major advantage in the market in relation to our competitors. In short, it is a modern machine that fits well with the current character of Hoza: future- and customer-oriented".
