Managing Director Klaas Oolders to leave Hoza Logistic solutions after 37 years

After 37 years – 32 of which as managing director – Klaas Oolders is stepping down from Hoza Logistic solutions on 1 April 2022. After many years of growth and success, Klaas feels it is time to hand over the baton.

Klaas Oolders: "Together with my fellow shareholder Rotom Europe B.V. in Son en Breugel, since recently the sole owner of Hoza, we’ve managed to turn Hoza into a healthy company. We have a very modern and advanced production department that has helped us capture a strong market position in Europe. That means we achieved our objective, making it a good time for me to say goodbye as the person with final responsibility for Hoza".

Klaas Oolders has been with Hoza since 1985, and he took over the position of Managing Director in March 1990. After 32 years as a director, he feels the time has come to strike a better balance in his private and business life. He will be supporting Hoza Logistic solutions commercially for a short period. This is partly to ensure a smooth transfer of business contacts to his successor.

Klaas is succeeded by Rien Pepping (57), who lives in Assen. Rien Pepping has held various management positions at a number of manufacturing companies. Klaas sees him as a worthy successor to make Hoza an even more successful enterprise.
